- Sandra TGreat family owned rental business! The owner is super chill and friendly. He was very accommodating and had everything you need for a nice day out on the river. We rented Kayaks, however there are also paddle boards and canoes! If you call ahead of time and pay over the phone he will have everything ready and waiting for you when you get there. The path to get down to the water from here is a bit difficult to get down, so if you have people with some mobility issues, you might want to rent your gear and try to find a different spot to launch from. Overall and awesome and fun experience! P.S. We did not feel disrespected or discriminated against at all at any point during our experience.
- Ty LFantastic experience. Best customer service I've ever experienced. The owner Michael is very helpful and enthusiastic and he mentioned he donates his profits to charity. Can absolutely tell he loves what he does and it makes it that much more enjoyable. We rented kayaks and launched just a short walk from the business. Michael carried our kayaks down for us. We kayaked down to Wintery Park and he drove down to pick us up, even carrying our kayaks from the river, and drove us back to our car. The rental fee is reasonable as you can rent for a whole day if you want. Extra fee to get picked up, but worth it to not have to fight the current rowing back up river. I'll definitely be a returning customer and I highly recommend it.
